For me, almost every client brings a new challenge, be it toning, fat loss, improved CV or just overall health improvement and that's what makes training people so enjoyable. However big or small your goals maybe, I can give you the right tools, motivation, support and experience to push you in the right direction.
Training has been an integral part of my being for over 20 years. I have been very fortunate to have travelled and lived abroad in some exotic locations; this gave me the option to run for miles along vast sandy beaches (not a bad way to keep up your CV work as well as keep toned!) I’ve surfed in the warm waters of the pacific with a famous female long board champion- great leg work!, done yoga on the beach with howler monkeys looking down from the tress above..we all love to improve our flexibility.. there came a point in my life where i was asked to manage a beachtown gym in the very beautiful Tamarindo (Costa Rica) it was here i spent many hours watching personal trainers help to educate and improve their clients health, physique and fitness levels, I knew there and then where my passion could really turn into something more rewarding.
Fast forward a few years and after the birth of my beautiful daughter and a pretty big move back to the UK, i finally qualified as a Personal Trainer, I even threw in a few exercise classes such as kettlebells for fitness and boxing for fitness, just for good measure..and I'm sure I’ll be doing much more in time to come. I love doing charity events and will be participating in the Race for Life Pretty Mudder again this summer, keep your eyes open or come join me!
